Standard private mediation and arbitration fee: $250 per hour, minimum 2 hours, up to 2 parties, Escambia County, Florida. 15% discount for videoconferenced mediation. Additional $50 per hour per additional party. Additional fees may apply for outside Escambia County, Florida. Additional arbitration fees may apply at hourly rate for review of filings outside hearing, if applicable.
Daily and retainer rates available.
