Schofield Collaborative's principal, Ralph Schofield, is dedicated to leadership and advocacy. He currently is working on a doctoral project to develop specialized training for young public health professionals as the world realizes the importance of public health leadership and advocacy. Schofield Collaborative brings similar training for all business groups, young professionals, new attorneys, and others. We use the leadership, communications, and negotiation theories that Ralph has been studying and employing for years, along with "process drama" techniques to create a fun, interactive environment in which to address real scenarios facing our audiences.
